Just completed this session and it was so wonderful. I felt so stretched and wrung out before I stared and now feel so much stronger and able to face the day
This was a lovely session. I had my little baby with me so had to be in a strange position breastfeeding to keep her asleep. It was relaxing nonetheless and we both had a peaceful nap after I finished. I woke up feeling much more refreshed than I usually do after a nap in the day. Will do this again when my batteries need recharging.
