Lower back pain relief for newborn mamas
In week 4 of our 5-week postnatal restorative yoga series, we invite our yogi mamas to treat lower back pain with a sequence of soothing stretches and twists. We also gently guide you to continue toning your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. The practice concludes with a beautiful mantra meditation to help you connect with your heart centre.
