The first few months after bringing your baby into the world are both amazing and trying. Take some time for yourself and follow Pamela through this delicious postnatal restorative yoga practice designed to restore your energy levels.  This is a time when we can safely begin or return to a more active exercise practice.  With a gentle start as we work on the core, stretching our upper body to relieve any aches,  we can then move into a more strenuous practice. Remember not all moves may suit you and your specific circumstances. Take care, go slowly, and enjoy!
