
How to overcome the barriers to self-care
The common barriers of time, energy, expense, and guilt fall away when we have a broad and varied self-care toolkit to draw from. Take a few moments to hear some of Suzy’s top tips for overcoming these barriers, so you can start taking better care of yourself today.
Remember – self-care is the means by which we become the mums we aspire to be and this is how we can best be of service to the little (and big) ones in our care. Everyone wins!
