Do you feel weighed down by your mental load? It’s not surprising when you consider the sheer number of thoughts we have on any given day. Our minds are on auto-pilot the majority of the time and many of our thoughts have a negative quality to them.
But, it isn’t all bad news! It’s never too late to rewire your brain and with a little practice, you CAN tip the scales towards the positive. In this class, Leonie will teach you how to consciously cultivate more presence in your day – one mindful moment at a time.
