Often struggle to give things, people, tastes, sounds your full, unflinching attention? Our minds are often buzzing with distracting content – cravings, emotions, thoughts, noise, news stories, to-do lists (the list goes on!).
This is ALL very normal, but the reality is, it can also be stressful. Mindfulness is an incredibly powerful tool to ease some of that stress and find more joy in the present moment.
