
7 myths of mindfulness
To kick off our “Heart of Mindfulness” Masterclass, Jossy highlights some of the common misconceptions of mindfulness in order to get to the core of what it’s really all about. The purpose of the practice is to touch the present moment so we can all relax, we have time. That’s all we have, it’s always now. Let’s learn to recognise and embrace ourselves as we already are, because who we are in this moment is enough.
