How lucky are we to live in the age of the global village, where like-minded mothers, healers, and female experts can connect to give new mothers the gift on being supported.

Meditation | Yoga

Pamela loves Yoga for its array of ancient sacred practices that can bring health, joy and richness to any mum. She couldn’t imagine a day spent without drawing on some aspect of yoga, may it be setting a positive intention, rolling out the mat for short yoga practice, or meditating her two-year old daughter to sleep. Pamela teaches a unique blend of yoga that combines flowing movements perfect for the female body, connected to breath to increase your life force, and completed with deep guidance into your innermost core and soul.

Her teachings are specifically designed to nurture you as a mum and include intention, breathing practices, chanting, meditation, therapeutic movements, poetry and sharing of inspirational wisdom. Pamela has travelled the world to learn from experts of yoga and healing. She is a certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist (Krishnamacharya tradition) and continues a close connection to her mentors – famed yogis AG, Indra and Ganesh Mohan from whom she learned how to adapt yoga to the individual using Yoga, Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy.

She is thankful for the wealth of knowledge passed on from Judith Lasater, Donna Fahri and Janice Clarfield on how to adapt yoga to the needs of women and mothers. Pamela has created Yoga Sanctuary, a studio for yoga, healing and creative development, on the Mornington Peninsula to assist heart-centered women, to create lives filled with health, wellbeing and joy. She shares her wisdom of yoga in classes, workshops and 1:1 yoga coaching.
