Maegan is a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach, on a mission to help mums find self-love and healing. She believes that the key to health is true happiness that comes from a commitment to self-love and self-worth.
Maegan’s classes are a judgement free space to be your true authentic self, to become more in tune and connected to body, mind, and spirit. Classes focus on de-cluttering the mind through movement, alignment, and breath.
