Fleur Chambers is a certified Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and mother to three busy boys. Fleur turned to mindfulness and meditation 8 years ago when her children were small and she was feeling constantly tired, overwhelmed and just not like her “usual happy self”. During this time Fleur noticed that she was increasingly seeing life as a series of mishaps to be avoided, fires to be put out, domestic tasks to be completed, rather than as a series of joys to be shared, moments to be enjoyed with her family.

Over the years, a commitment to mindfulness and meditation has transformed Fleur’s life into one with less stress, overwhelm, worry and guilt. To a life with more presence, love, laughter, compassion and ultimately freedom. As mothers, don’t we all want this?

Fleur is committed to helping mums feel more calm, present, patient, happy and grateful. Fleur’s meditations are gentle and nurturing. They are a lovely opportunity for you to take a well-earned break from the busyness that motherhood invariably brings, to relax your body and your mind. You may even learn something new about yourself.

Fleur believes that we all have an innate maternal wisdom, sometimes we just need a little support in quietening the external noise so that we can hear it. Her meditations are a perfect way to connect with this maternal wisdom, to this place that knows what is best for you and your family.
