There is nothing to be achieved, the practice as such is the goal. It is accessible to everybody, anywhere and at anytime without the need for special equipment. Bettina Pfannkuch

Bettina Pfannkuch is the founder, senior teacher and therapist of The Art of Balance – Yoga & Massage, in the Mornington Peninsula.  She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of mind-body therapy as a yoga & meditation teacher, remedial massage therapist and reflexologist.

Bettina has been practicing yoga since 1994 and is a Level 2 Yoga Australia member. Over the years she has experienced various styles of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga. Yoga is a way of life for her and she is joyfully and energetically sharing her passion with everyone who comes to the mat.

Yoga is a healing practice as the use of breath with movement allows for the connection of body AND mind. Whether you seek strength, flexibility, relaxation or a combination of all, Bettina always offers choices in her yoga classes where she encourages her students to listen to their bodies, to make the yoga practice suit their individual bodies and needs, coming away from external perfection.

She inspires you to take a physical challenge, to find steadiness in the pose and then allow softness and stillness to come into the body & mind. Her energy, passion and fun approach to yoga is truly remarkable.
